This makeover was one of my favorite projects. I love a challenge of recreating a space without adding on or taking out walls. This is a modest cottage in the family for generations. Once the younger generation inherited it, they wanted to make it function better and improve the visual style.
The important lesson with this makeover is that it proves a space can be greatly improved in function and style by altering traffic flow and updating finishes.
